I'm about half way through and just taking? a break. I have severe lower back pain so am doing this slowly and withOUT weights and I keep hearing all kinds of little cracks as things are loosening in my back, hips and ribs. This feels so good.. I'll keep this on my favorites list.. Thanks for posting!!

Hey, nice video. I have a question, ive had scoliosis and I started doing exercises for 2 years (pushups,pullups) etc. Lately the past months ive started running, working on the TRX and doing skipping rope. My spine is straight but? my wait leans on the left and I dont know what to do to make it straight. Any tips? Thank you!

@lilblitz MOst personal trainers have the knowledge of a good perfect body but it's hard to maintain and? some get a little lazy but none the less the advie they give is very important for yourself.

@Allen30315 although i have a pain on my lowerback pain while doing abs and core strength, sometime i know i still have to do it, because i play football and its important to have a good core? strength, and everytime time im done, my lower back is stiff. its really a not good feeling. i want to get rid of those bad feeling! please help me!

some of the exercise looks really good. i have a lower back problem for a pretty long time, everytime i do abs exercise it hurts quite a lot, its seems my lower back is really week. and i was been told i need to improve my core, but how can i improve them, if everytime i do sit up or plank it hurts. i just wondering if this can help my lower back. i just dont want to feel pain while im doing? abs exercise.

Wanted to put my two cents in here.... Firstly, when performing exercises for the spine it is better to perform an abdominal brace rather than a TA activation, as pulling the belly in compromises the abdominal musculature's ability to stabilize the lower back. Secondly, anyone who has been diagnosed with discogenic lower back pain should avoid many of these exercises as 1) twisting produces extremely high compressive spine forces and 2) flexion of the lumbar spine? puts the discs at risk. Thanks!

Excellent! very good video! at the beginning when i? start watching i thought, its too much talking but when i watched more, i thought its Fantastic!.. a lot of trainer when they do videos, they talk to much and this sometimes put it off to watch to the end... Well done on ur video!
